Welcome to the site of Michael J. Green, prospective screenwriter and filmmaker. This site is an attempt to propogate my work and my thoughts, ultimately in the hopes of... you know, making it big and all that.
It is my hope to provide regular updates, whether it's writing samples or articles ranging from film/TV reviews to political and economic rants. The blog will provide an even wider variety of writing (though, being a blog, will be less formal).

My recently released animated video, LCD Soundsystem - All My Friends (in LEGO), is getting a lot of press today. It has been blogged at RollingStone, Vanity Fair, Pitchfork, NY Mag, SPIN, Stereogum and others. From what I can parse, this blew up when it made its way to EMI and got passed along to James Murphy, who posted it on the band's facebook page saying, "i can't believe someone did this... amazing..." Or whoever actually posts on their Facebook page - it'd certainly be cool if it was him.
